A decision shaped by an earlier experience

Prada had previously paid for a real estate education program, but says she did not find the structure or mentor involvement she had hoped for. That experience made her cautious about trying another one.

She read reviews and researched Flip Secrets before joining. She describes wanting a person with experience whom she could actually contact as she learned a new business.

The response that stood out

Prada says she was still near the beginning of the course, about a month into the experience, when she made this recording. She appreciated the resources and connections available to her.

One specific moment stood out: after emailing Jake, she received a video response addressed to her and answering her questions. To her, that made the mentorship feel personal.

Building knowledge before a project

This recording focuses on the support Prada found while learning. It does not present a completed flip or a realized financial result.

Her motivation included creating more options for herself and her family. The progress she describes at this point is a foundation of knowledge, resources, and someone to ask when she needs direction.

This story summarizes the student’s account in the archived video. Experiences and reported results are individual, have not been independently verified, and are not a guarantee of income or funding. Program details may have changed since recording.
