I’m Nicki Turnbow, a Lubbock-based real estate investor and licensed REALTOR® specializing in value-add properties. I don’t just help others invest, I actively own and manage my own properties, so I understand the process from both sides: the numbers, the stress, and the upside. My background in corporate sales and marketing taught me how to analyze markets, negotiate strategically, and manage projects with precision.
I focus on finding undervalued homes in high-demand areas near Texas Tech and the Medical District, transforming them through efficient rehabs, and creating strong equity positions for my partners. My approach is hands-on, data-driven, and built on trust because when you partner with me, you’re working with someone who’s equally invested in the outcome.
