I’m a husband to an amazing wife (Sam Jones) and 3 kids who keep me busy. I enjoy baseball, dad jokes and woodworking/carpentry. Originally from south Mississippi but we have lived in the Fort Worth, Texas area for many years.
Whatever I do, I want it to make a difference. I enjoy helping people and look forward to helping you close deals, helping throughout the flip process and helping connect your hard work with buyers. I have completed flips including doing some of the rehab/custom woodwork myself. One of the things I love most about this work (similarly to woodworking) is taking something ordinary and turning it into something incredible and new!

Lending Criteria
My minimum commission is 2% but will be based on each individual deal. Project management is always available upon request for an additional fee.
