Lending Criteria
Must have at least 3 deals under your belt.
Must be willing to share contractor info, agent info, and any other party involved.
We do cash on cash as well as equity split, all depends on the deal.
Won't lend on long deals that would be forecasted to take longer than 6 months.
Must have enough spread for a total return of at least 20% (either through equity or cash on cash deal)
