Negotiating the deal, safeguarding my clients interest, and high level attention to client needs all with integrity are what makes my previous clients return to me when they are ready to enter the real estate market again.
When I'm not grinding for my clients, I spend time with my beautiful Wife and our wonderful three kids traveling, beach combing, trail hiking, antiquing, movie watching, park hopping, gardening, and hitting the gym and serving at our Church (non-denominational).

Criteria
List 5% / Purchase 2.5% (reduced by 1% after 3 deals in 12 month period. Listing fee reduced by 1% if representing buyer/seller in one transaction or List fee reduced by 1% when representing purchase/sale in a flipping deal.
EMD are always refundable if termination is executed before due diligence deadline.
