About Me
I am a 6 year agent out of Honolulu, Hawaii and can operate/collaborate with other agents from the neighboring Hawaiian Islands. Most beneficial to my career was teaming with other seasoned agents for adopting proficient systems and practices in my first two years.
I can confidently say Iʻm more seasoned than the years in practice suggest.
My forte is successful negotiation, positioning, and consulting...my marketing has not caught up but hope to get the brand in a better light soon.
I have many contacts and am a referral agent as well.
If you need an agent in another state/country, I will find one for you in the best way possible.
I have good relationships with other agents and Brokers in my Brokerage and other brokerages as well.
I will work to close the deal as if it were my deal.
Criteria
My minimum commission is 2.5% but am able to earn the deficit through negotiated offer price or concessions in most cases. If I am on Title myself, I may consider an adjusted commission if this drives the deal but everything is determined with unique situations.
I would allow for a refundable EMD prior to end of inspection period but not after.
I will always offer clear disclosure and timelines.
This is standard business practice for me.
