About Me
Hi I am Connie, a wife, mom and grandmom. I live in Dallas, Texas where I love the hot weather. I worked in the Financial world (trading stocks and mutual funds) for over 30 years but always knew I would work in Real Estate the 2nd half of my life. I am a Realtor/Investor & enjoy matching homes with people as their homesteads or investments. I have completed flips and working on my rental portfolio now, learning section 8 where the government can pay me directly on rentals. I hope to partner with you in the future and/or help you find off market properties.
Criteria
My realtor fee 3% and varies on partnerships depending on terms.
I’m also an investor & have several clients as investors looking to sell wholesale deals as well as purchasing wholesale deals. Let’s make a deal(s).
